We want to ensure that your time is well spent when visiting our centre. That's why Lake Haven Shopping Centre offers a wide choice of services to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible......a quick call to FREECALL 1800 807 101 is all it takes to obtain more information on the following services;

Customer Service Centre - our customer service staff can provide all of the answers to your questions about our centre. You can find the service centre just near the Food Court, outside Little's Surf*. We're here to help, so don't hestiate to ask. *Centre Trading Hours only.

Gift Cards - Lake Haven Shopping Centre Gift Cards can be used at most specialty stores and make a perfect gift solution at any time of year. Available in any amount (minimum purchase $10, maximum $300), Lake Haven Shopping Centre Gift Cards can now be purchased online, following a simple process, or at the Customer Service Centre during Centre Trading Hours.

Disabled Persons Assistance - We offer complimentary wheelchair hire, including motorised scooters, but it's best to book ahead. Our Disabled Restrooms also provide an intercom facility if you require assistance at any time whilst utilising the restrooms.

Security at Your Service - Friendly security staff are here to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. If you require security assistance at any time, please proceed to any store or the Customer Service Centre.

Parent Services - Our Parent Room is well equiped to assist you when you're in the need for a convenient place to change a nappy or feed your child. Nappy vending, bottle warmer and microwave oven services are available. Parent with Pram parking is available adjacent to all mall entry points, plus we also loan strollers, but please pre-book if possible.

Children's Playground - A gated children's playground is located adjacent to the Northern entry, just opposite Graphite Cafe. Please note opening times, age limitation and other conditions of entry apply.

Flat Tyre / Battery Assistance* - If you experience a flat battery or tyre while your car is parked in any of our carparks, you will be assisted by a centre customer service team member who will be happy to get you on your way again. *Centre Trading Hours only.

Credit Card Cancellation* - Misplaced or lost credit cards can be a real worry, but our staff at the Customer Service Centre will assist you in organising prompt credit card cancellation to help ease your mind. *Centre Trading Hours only.

Restrooms - Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the Centre. If you find any of our restrooms unacceptable, please contact the Customer Service Centre and a member of our service team will attend immediately.

Community Group Access - Are you a member of a community or sporting group? If your organisation would like to conduct fund raising or awareness campaigns within our centre, please contact the Community Relations Officer. The shopping centre also has a marquee tent available for loan for community group activities. Our Community Relations Officer can assist you with more details.

Community Library and Council Services - Full Wyong Shire Council Library services, along with other Council services such as rate payments, dog registration and Development Application lodgement are available during regular Library hours. For more details contact the Lake Haven Library on 02 4392 7843.

Medical Services - We've got it covered when looking after your family's health needs. At Lake Haven you'll find a Medical Centre which includes a dental surgery, two extra dental surgeries, Medicare office, two pharmacies, and three Optometrists.

Banks and ATMs - All of the big name banks can be found at Lake Haven. Westpac, NAB, Commonwealth Bank, St George and ANZ, along with local and regional Credit Unions including Community First, the Greater and Newcastle Permanent. Plus you'll find 22 ATMs, located conveniently around the Centre.

Car Wash - You can take advantage of two car wash operators whilst shopping at Lake Haven. Uber+ Car Wash is located in the under building carpark and offers a complete hand wash and detailing service. You can book ahead or leave your car while you shop. Contact 02 4394 0055 for more details. Or you can either auto wash or wash yourself at Carlovers. The choice is yours. Both car wash operations utilise the latest water saving and recycling measures to ensure our natural resources are preserved.

Smoking is not permitted within the mall, retail areas and outside all mall entries.
